  • Steel grades: H40, J55, K55, N80-1, N80Q, L80, C90, R95, T95, C-110, P110, Q125, and with additional 13 Cr requirements.

  • Specification levels: PSL1, PSL2, and PSL3.

  • Length range: R1 = 18-22 FT, R2 = 27-30 FT, R3 = 38-45 FT.

  • Connection types: EUE, NUE, STC, LTC, BTC.

  • Diameters: from 2-3/8″ to 20″. (Larger diameters upon customer request)

  • Thicknesses: from 5.21 mm to 22.22 mm

  • Manufacturing processes: Manufactured with carbon steel, alloy steel, chromium steel, and high-alloy steels.

  • Heat Treatment: Heat treatment methods are key and vary depending on the steel grade.

  • Identification: A color code is used on the end of the pipe to identify the steel grade.
